I haven't had this laptop for a long time but this Asus from 10 year old Toshiba is amazing. It's NOT a touchscreen, which I don't really care about. Some other reviews mention that the color of the letters on the keys is an issue, and they're right. Using this laptop in all low light conditions is a bit difficult. I wear glasses and my eyesight isn't bad, but the glare on the keys is annoying at times. Personally, I don't mind because I don't have to look at the keys to type, but for people who do, you can switch to a different keyboard with darker keys. I'm not a gamer. So I can't say if this laptop is suitable for gaming. I can launch Chrome and Edge (with multiple tabs open), email, and various other apps with little to no lag. Overall this is a great laptop so far and I would definitely recommend this laptop or laptop brand to anyone. any level of computer skills.
