    Unsatisfied Electronics

    The computer itself is good but the problem is that Asus gives 1 year accidental damage protection on computers, but only on laptops NOT purchased from Best Buy. After my husband accidentally spilled water on his laptop the other day and it wouldn't turn on, I called Asus knowing there was a cover but they said this laptop is from Best Buy based on the serial number and it won't turn on was resold through Revain. So we lost $769 (to save 2 years) after the laptop only lasted 8 weeks. I am very…

    The correct specifications are not listed.

    The laptop was delivered with 475 GB of total memory (including system memory), not 512 GB as stated. Also, it ran Vega 8, not Vega 10. That's a pretty significant difference in GPU, and it was the last straw for me, which is why I'm returning it. All in all it was a good computer but they have to send the right parts. Having inefficient GPUs and SSDs is unacceptable. I haven't really looked into other parts but maybe more incorrect ones, I decided to return it as soon as I saw Vega 8 instead…

    Excellent computer; not long battery life

    I have had this computer for three months. It was great in every way except battery life. I leave it on most of the time, but when I turn it off the battery drains far too quickly. As such, I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to use it on battery power most of the time.

    Great Mods at a Great Price

    I haven't had this laptop for a long time but this Asus from 10 year old Toshiba is amazing. It's NOT a touchscreen, which I don't really care about. Some other reviews mention that the color of the letters on the keys is an issue, and they're right. Using this laptop in all low light conditions is a bit difficult. I wear glasses and my eyesight isn't bad, but the glare on the keys is annoying at times. Personally, I don't mind because I don't have to look at the keys to type, but for people…
