I waited to review until I had more time to use it. The coffee maker is solid, well made, doesn't take up much counter space - that was important to me. . I have no problem with coffee grounds in my coffee like some previous reviews. Mine works very well and I'm happy with it, it's used quite a bit. I also love that I can use my own 6 inch mug. Two small negatives - reason for 4 stars instead of 5:1 - once switched on it takes a minute to "warm up", you have to wait to make coffee/tea. I don't mind much 2 - I would like the water to be hotter. It's hot enough, but if you add some cold milk to your coffee, it's not very hot. I don't know if there is a law about how hot water can be, but I wish it was hotter. I've read the same complaints in the Keurig reviews, so I'm not sure if that's the standard. Overall I am very happy with the purchase, I would buy again. It is now July 2018 and the coffee maker has only just started pumping about 3/4 of the water into the large cup. I did a cleanup etc but it's still the same. I went to the Mixpresso website and contacted them via email. They replied the next day asking for Revain's order number. They send a return label and as soon as I send the broken coffee maker back they send me a brand new one. I'm happy with it, it's a good service. The new coffee maker arrived very quickly, the original agent was in touch all the time via email, checking the delivery and the new item when the original item arrived and making sure the new item was sent out immediately. Really great customer service. I read in one of the reviews that they didn't get a response over the phone. I had a great experience via email. By the way, the novelty came from Revain.
