I bought the thermostatic version and the non thermo static version—both from enga for 2 bathroom additions. I can def see the value in the higher end version (thermostatic) even though they’re both nice. I do like the push button option of this t-static version. I like that I can set the temp I like and don’t have to manipulate it much whether shutting the water on /off….the jets stay at a consistent pressure level….relatively easy to install. My contractor’s measurements might have been off as he had to some some 1.5 inch nipples to extend the piping out further so the sprayers can fit properly. Def use good quality threads to prevent leaks….overall a fantastic product. I hope the valve will stay consistent as many years of use….
