DOES NOT WORK well for GPS trackers

We bought this tracker for our closed trailer and it didn't work at all. by the way, which is very unprofessional for some) they were never very helpful. Their final decision was that we had to modify our trailer (cut a hole in the roof and add a window) to make the tracker work! NO THANK YOU! We sent the tracker back the next day. Then 30 days later we had to call the company AGAIN to get a credit for the purchase.
