I like that we can have all of our events under one platform, including registrations for people to sign up as volunteers/attendees etc- so far this is working well! Can't think there are any downsides yet but will update when i do find them out if they exist at some point :) We use it across multiple sites within my organisation (including 3 different offices) - which makes scheduling things easier and more streamlined than before with other software tools used previously by us such an Asana / Slack / Dropbox et al.- also helps reduce admin time overall since everything's consolidated into 1 place now rather then being spread around various systems too!!
