The customer support is amazing! They are always available to help with any questions you may have, from scheduling events through creating custom meeting folders for your attendees. I love that they offer different types of services for each type of event or business need. Our organization has been using them since we started our first event. We've had no issues at all. I like that we can have all of our events under one platform, including registrations for people to sign up as volunteers/attendees etc- so far this is working well! Can't think there are any downsides yet but will update when i do find them out if they exist at some point :) We use it across multiple sites within my organisation (including 3 different offices) - which makes scheduling things easier and more streamlined than before with other software tools used previously by us such an Asana /

The ability to set up meeting agendas, send out invitations for scheduled events/meet-ups as well is easy enough that even non tech savvy people can use it! I wish there were more options available when scheduling an event other than just "all day" or specific times of each hour but this may be due only because we are still using early versions so things could change over time? We have used them now since they first started offering online services about 5 years ago with no problems at all…
