Overall, this is a good quality protein but overpriced. Pros: French Vanilla is one of the best vanilla flavors I've ever had. I don't like vanilla protein powder as I find it hard to get right, but this is definitely one of the best I've tried. Protein mixes well. No blender required. Shaker works fine. The ingredients are solid. This is a whey isolate/concentrate blend. Cons: Because it's only a whey isolate/concentrate mix and not just an isolate, the price per pound is very high at $22.50 at the time of writing. Because of the price, this protein is hard to recommend. You can get other proteins with the same ingredients for a much better price.
