Not what I expected from Fluke. I wasn't looking for a high-end meter for a specific application, but with the Fluke name and almost $100 I figured it should be halfway decent. First, it was at least an open box, if not a customer return. There were even scratches on the lens. In tension mode, the display bounced back and forth everywhere. I realize it's not uncommon to see small transient voltage readings when set to a sensitive level, but this was ubiquitous. Sent this one back and replaced it with a $25 Innova which is accurate to a hundredth of a volt compared to my Fluke 87. To my knowledge, this model may not have been intended for the US market and a Fluke warranty may be issued, if applicable
