My husband refuses to use a case on his phone and after I smashed several iPhones the only option for him to replace it was under what circumstances never to be taken out of the case . because. So I bought the Otters and reminded myself they were under warranty. I had to investigate because I don't think they are gone anymore and his phone fell about two feet off a ledge and the entire back glass is completely shattered. He's had his cell phone for less than a week and it's bullshit. I'll be contacting Otterbox directly but don't think I'll have any luck :( 0/10, DO NOT recommend.
