I like that it allows me time off without having my workload increase in any way! It has really helped with managing work load when we have had issues at our office or if one member was not able for some reason (illness etc). There are no downsides as such but sometimes you can't get through all your emails/emails from clients within 2 weeks so this helps manage those times where there's too much going forward instead than backwards - which does happen occasionally!! I have used Topdocs for the past 15 years on a number of occasions. Their team is very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. I can recommend them unreservedly. I have never had any concerns or issues with the service I have received. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I use Topdocs for all my tax and accounting needs. If I need a document prepared, I can rely on them.
