Topdocs Review

The platform has allowed me to create an easily accessible document for my clients which they can print out themselves if required. I have been able to save time by not having to email documents around or use paper copies. It also allows my client to access their file from anywhere in the world via mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. There are times when it does freeze but this happens rarely and only with large files so its very rare that you will need to restart the software…

I like that it allows me time off without having my workload increase in any way! It has really helped with managing work load when we have had issues at our office or if one member was not able for some reason (illness etc). There are no downsides as such but sometimes you can't get through all your emails/emails from clients within 2 weeks so this helps manage those times where there's too much going forward instead than backwards - which does happen occasionally!!
