The platform has allowed me to create an easily accessible document for my clients which they can print out themselves if required. I have been able to save time by not having to email documents around or use paper copies. It also allows my client to access their file from anywhere in the world via mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. There are times when it does freeze but this happens rarely and only with large files so its very rare that you will need to restart the software again. Sometimes there may be some lag between uploading information into the system - however these issues do seem to resolve itself after a while. You should try using top docs before making any decisions about switching over your current systems. This has made life much easier where previously we used to send hard copy versions of our reports which were difficult to keep up-to-date and easy to lose/misplace.
