If You Care offers excellent aluminum foil products. Having (thankfully) used regular foil many times, all I knew was that the heavy duty version would be spot on, and oh my god! yes yes it is! This film fulfills exactly the task for which a high-performance film was developed. I use it to wrap spaghetti squash before baking it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. (In the case of the spaghetti squash---I put an oven-safe container underneath so that when the liquid oozes out of the squash it goes into the container and not onto the bottom of the oven. You'll need holes in the venting foil for this squash, that's why "licks"). If You Care Heavy Duty Film holds up great. In fact, I use it to re-wrap food that has just been baked in that foil, be it zucchini, chicken, eggplant, etc., and then store it in the fridge. I can use and rewrap If You Care Heavy Duty aluminum foil a few times this way. Whether it's a whole chicken, eggplant, spaghetti squash or whatever you have --- If You Care aluminum foil wraps and preserves food beautifully. I hope Revain will continue to sell this product as I am willing to buy it every time! Thank you Rewin!
