Review on Podoy 2203147 Parking Polaris Ranger by Brock Chisholm

HOPE BETTER SERVICE THAN OEM GASKETS

I installed them on a 2016 Polaris Ranger EV today. Around 2012, Polaris changed the style of the parking brake. The new units use pins (HUGE hard rivets I think) to hold the pads together instead of the bolts used previously. To replace the pads the pins must be cut out and replaced with 3/8 bolts and locknuts. It's a bit more complicated and requires additional hardware, but it's better than paying an exorbitant price for a brand new parking brake unit. Also, this is a one-time solution. If the pads need to be replaced in the future, this will be much easier. The quality of the pads seems to be good. The OEM pads didn't work well and I'm hoping for better service and longer life with them.

Pros

Cons
  • Crumpled
