Mandatory when buying new Apple devices
Apple's move from USB to USB-C and the discontinuation of chargers has forced me to either buy new chargers or an adapter. Buying these adapters made sense as the chargers I had still work. Adapters work as expected. I will buy more when I have more USB-C cables. Edit to add: Note that they are not suitable for Magsafe chargers. Although they work, they get hot at 2A and can fail prematurely.
