Height and size of the table
I like the table very much. This is the perfect size for me. I attached a keyboard tray to it and it made it a lot more ergonomic. I wish the maximum standing height was a bit higher. I'm only 5ft 6in and that seems a bit short. However, if you had a keyboard on your desk, that would probably be fine. Just remember that standing desks require the monitor to be at eye level. So if you use your laptop for a long time, you may experience neck pain. I have an extra stand that holds my monitor/laptop at eye level.
