I like that you can do all your contracts from one place instead of having to go back an forth between several different platforms or programs.

The reporting system could be better but it was easy enough getting used too once we got our feet wet! We are solving many problems using this platform including how quickly clients get paid when invoiced versus what they actually receive which helps us have more accurate cash flow as well as help reduce time spent chasing down outstanding payments across multiple systems/programs - especially if there has been no communication at any point along those processes.
