Regular wearing of protective gear I was tired of shoulder straps chafing my neck so I decided to try something with a little extra padding and what a difference in comfort. I will say the sizing is a bit off, I'm 5ft 8in, about 155lbs and according to 3M I should fit in a medium/large size, but even as snug as possible, it was a little big, eh it requires the equipment for safety to fit it. excellent and small does it for me.
