It comes with a 0.5ml scoop (says 200mg when it's LEVEL). but in my experience with Theanine, you don't need that much. That's why I got this jar so I can take as much as I want. I think 200mg tablets is way too much unless you are using them to relieve insomnia or relieve severe anxiety symptoms. I used a 0.15 cu scoop. cm (that's about 1/32 of a teaspoon), which is only about 60 mg (if it's LEVEL), and in my experience, that's the optimal dose for "cognitive acuity" to start your day (that knows I). Read that theanine in SMALL doses benefits cognition alone, while larger doses are only more beneficial when you need to compensate for other irritants like too much coffee, anxiety, stress, or insomnia). I gave it a try even though some of the reviews were very negative. because they sounded like the competitors that smashed it. I'm happy with that. I will say that when opened it has a paper/foil seal on the top and unless you carefully REMOVE all bits stuck to the top the lid may not close tightly when you screw it back on. So if you keep it in a steam room that could explain the sticking due to moisture getting in. I have mine on my breakfast table and so far I haven't noticed any clumping issues.
