The team at looking point are very knowledgeable with their products which gives me confidence that I can trust them to provide solutions for my business needs! It would be great if they could extend more support options beyond just phone calls or emails but it's not an issue we have experienced yet so far everything has been good from our side of things! We use Look Point primarily because its easy to integrate into Salesforce CRM systems - allowing us real-time visibility across multiple clients/projects etc within one platform.
