I use pads several times a day as I am currently breastfeeding twins (so I have lots of milk). I feel the need to change pads after every feeding. I felt bad about all the excess trash and trash. These reusable pads work great and get the job done. They absorb moisture and wick moisture away from the skin almost as well as disposable products. Aa for looks: Like most disposable items, they don't look good under unpadded bras or tank tops. They tend to wrinkle. Because of this, I mostly wear them around the house and sleep. They look good under a padded bra, but still wrinkle, so not that comfortable for me. Maybe they would fit better with a slightly loose bra. For what I use them for I give them 5 stars.
