Excellent. As long as your wrist is no larger than the band's circumference, it can be cut to fit almost exactly any wrist size. Unlike metal bands with "links" which can become too loose at a certain amount but then become too tight after even one link is removed, this adjustment is so slight that you can make it perfect. And they're great for training/rain/etc. anything where moisture might be, instead of leather straps that might look uncomfortable. And the quick release is my favorite part instead of having to close the watch every time you take it off and put it back on. It just turns on and off instantly. Very easy.
