Very user friendly and intuitive interface
The platform is very easy-to-use even for non technical people like myself who are looking to start using AI tools for digital marketing activities in our business! We have been able to use this tool with ease so far though it's still new product compared to other existing products but I don't see any issues yet.
As of now we're only doing targeted campaigns (not mass outreach) - the ability to target customers by behavior/interests would be great if they eventually add that feature as well. Currently focusing more on customer segmentation through behavioral analysis rather than interest level.
Pros
- Lots options already built out which makes things easier especially since one does not need too much expertise or knowledge about targeting techniques such us lookalike audiences etc., just needs basic skills at running ads via adwords / google search network platforms
