My husband has one and it was too loose for me to stretch. So I knew I had to find one for myself. I also know I had to be picky because he had 2 before that that really sucked and you will find a lot of these wrong review correctors on Amazon. Had to check most reviews to be sure. I chose this one because it has a lot of good reviews. It was a medium to high price but I knew the quality would be better so I just went for it. It didn't disappoint. I can really tighten it as much as I want. I wear it over a shirt or two because it's colder now. Also for those who said he rubs his armpits, this will only happen if you don't wear a shirt underneath. But that's because it really should straighten your shoulders. It also has metal braces on the back that you can't feel but help flatten your upper back. However, there is a difference with the picture and when you actually wear it. The back won't go that deep. This is more like a center back so the center strap goes just below the bust line. I recommend it to anyone who is flexing or just needs a reminder to sit up. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing it. If I plan to wear it longer, I won't over tighten it.
