Love it! The Cuisinart SS-10 is an instant hot water machine - you'll get EVERY cup of coffee hot and fast - every cup at the same speed! Had another brand of machine but apparently we brew so much coffee it's worn out - haven't gone back to this brand because the 2nd cup brewed (we ALWAYS brew at least 2 cups at a time for a travel mug) was literally gone. forever - as in - sit down and watch tv to wait for the 2nd cup. Not with this machine - in fact, have your coffee maker and spoon ready when you press brew on the Cuisinart SS-10. Also, if you don't read the capsule code or reject the Keurig code, you have no problem with the Keurig machine! I didn't realize it would make such a difference either, but the extra water filter really does make the coffee better.
