I got this wheel to play Need for Speed: The Run. The PS3 controller can be tricky to hold while racing and I thought the steering wheel would offer more precision as well. The steering wheel is nice and the buttons are well placed. It's small, as some reviewers have noted, but about the size I expected. The assembly instructions are vague. If you had a steering wheel before then there shouldn't be any problems. It's very inconvenient to remap controls when they're disabled, so I just leave them plugged in and switch controllers in the game console settings. The pedals are small, but you can get used to them. I had trouble turning the steering wheel and pedaling. The instructions say the kit includes a strap to attach the bike to the knees, but I didn't find it in the box. The pedals also slide as you play, and two non-slip rubber pads slide right off the base. I'll think about how to attach them, possibly using a gaming chair and a base I'll build myself. The paddles are very easy to use and the wheel has good feel and resistance. I paid $50 through Revain and I think it's worth the money.
