Ideal for larger build dogs
My Pitt/Ox Mix, Pig, short but 63 ponds of dense muscle mass. He was born with a bad back and my bed is very high off the ground so it's hard for pork to jump. I tried different types of dog ladders for him, all of which were either too narrow, too flat, or too unstable for his wide stance. This staircase is perfect for him, just deep enough and wide enough to feel solid overall. He still needs to get used to it, but I was able to get him to mount it the first night I put it together. So happy I found her!
