fitting instructions are terrible and wrong size. First off, the round adapter is 1/4 inch smaller than my hose. WTF? So this thing is either the wrong size or it's a ridiculous industry that doesn't have standard sizes. If the latter is the case, this product should offer multiple adapter sizes so you can choose the right one. Next, it's too big for my window (and it doesn't look like a super small window, so I didn't think to measure it). This is another design flaw of this product. It will probably come with 3 panels for you to attach. But all 3 panels are the same size! Why couldn't they make a panel smaller to give you some flexibility? Or even add a fourth panel to really give you options. Whatever the case, one panel leaves me about 6 inches apart and two panels 4 inches more. Gggrrrr. More guides. OMG I don't think they can be worse. The drawings are terrible. You can't tell what the hell is going on. Luckily they include a video that is much better, but still not great. After all, it's pretty thin. I can't see it lasting more than a season or two. And $50 is too much to change every year. So after 45.5 rolls of strapping I got it working. But I'm really unhappy.
