When I first bought one of these collars it worked great, the barking slowed down. I bought this one because the other one was too small. It's the same style, same company, but now it doesn't seem to do anything or help. At the first collar, as he vibrated and squeaked, he stopped barking and ran towards me. . I don't understand, it's exactly the same collar with "Upgrade" written on it. For the same price.
