This product seemed good at first. We had a set of cables that didn't work. It is connected to 5 servers in a rack. We have several keys that no longer work. After about 12 months, lines started appearing on the screen - now after 18 months of use it has become very dark (has become unusable). We can work around the keyboard problem by attaching a keyboard to the server we need to type on, but when the monitor fails and we don't have rack space, it's time to speed up the replacement. The keys started failing after about 10 months of use. Finally, in September 2013, we called Belkin Business Support. After confirming the purchase and troubleshooting, they agreed to replace it. Moving on to December 2013, I called to check the status and they said they had updated their support system and my case number was no longer in the system. I am currently on hold with Belkin (40 minutes so far) and they say they will be replacing. . . I will update when I get another one. Just found out that I have to pay for the return shipping. Poor communication with Belkin Technical Support.
