I bought this unit for a stand provided by another company and an HP unit. This is a very well made console. The screen takes up the entire width, which is nice and much larger than my older models. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it doesn't include KVM cables for the onboard KVM switch. Revain sells them, and I may have been in a hurry, but I haven't seen anywhere that you have to buy your own cables. Anyway, all's well that ends well as Amazon stocks PS/2 and USB models…

I ordered 1 of these units, the first one was damaged but the packaging was fine so it was damaged before packing. When replacing the screws dangled in the box. and when it was installed the slide arm worked once and then broke. This is a nice product but not very well made and disappointing compared to other Belkin products we have purchased in the past.

Works great and certainly cleaned up my server rack. The dual-port cable system definitely helps to reduce cable clutter and simplify cable management. Rugged design, easy to install and slides in and out of the rack smoothly. I'm glad I went for the 19 inch display. Delivered very quickly, arrived in perfect condition and works great. The lowest price too. Excellent KVM, I will be buying two more in the near future.

Belkin makes good products I returned this product for the following reasons: 1 -- It was not compatible with the Belkin KVMs that I have. It is only compatible with the following: F1DA104ZF1DA108ZF1DA116ZF1DA108QF1DA116Q I think the ones we have are older2 - I wasn't bothered by the included KVM. I wanted a keyboard and monitor. This product seemed good at first. We had a set of cables that didn't work. It is connected to 5 servers in a rack. We have several keys that no longer work. After about 12 months, lines started appearing on the screen - now after 18 months of use it has become very dark (has become unusable). We can work around the keyboard problem by attaching a keyboard to the server we need to type on, but when the monitor fails and we don't have rack space, it's time to speed up the replacement. Good screen, very useful for managing servers, only the cables are not as durable as I expected. But the product is beautiful

Nice fit and design; However, the keyboard/monitor portion of the console slides out of the rack. The cable protection hardware tube in the slide mechanism (the cable channel that protects/shields the cables) does not protect the cables properly, creating friction with the cables and quickly destroying the cables. In our experience, the screen color changed to purple in less than a month.
