Almost perfect garland

Advantages: -Great value for money. At least I went out to turn them off in the morning and they're already off. So less trouble for me in the cold. Cons: - The garland doesn't actually launch. The lights are not attached to the garland. You have to wrap them yourself, which for me meant finding a way to attach the garlands so our strong winds wouldn't blow them off the garland.
