To be honest I didn't expect this phone holder to perform so well. I have already bought several phone holders for my car. This is the only product I have come across that can actually hold my phone properly and securely. I chose the dash mount with extension. I use the extra 3M sticky pad they provided you with (nice accessory). I installed the bracket according to the instructions and it held up the first time. I would like to point out that the instructions mention leaving the dashboard for 24 hours before installing the suction cup. what I thought was tactful, and I appreciated the memory. I drove on speed bumps and hit a not-so-large pothole and the mount held its position unlike other items I've tried. No twists, no dropping the phone, no movement at all. I was really impressed. It's not too big to obscure my vision while riding, and the lever adjustment allows it to be put in the desired position. I am very satisfied with this product and I hope that my experience can be helpful.
