I think if you want the exact same color change as pictured. But seriously; why? Not to be confused with 5V strips where each individual LED can be programmed. In the past you had to make your own 5V strips by building your own Arduino controller. In this case, you can arrange a full palette of colors. But neither these nor the related 5050s will let you do that.
