This is one of those items that someone designs but has never used themselves. It's great in terms of build quality and thickness (thin cracks) and is easy to clean, but try lifting the top with your fingers, you can't because the small round latch in the center is about 1/4" tall, tapers inward (not outward) and is very slippery. (Teflon as the material) Seriously, designing such a simple thing and they got it all wrong, this product would easily get 5 stars, but that little mistake really makes a big difference.
