The ease of use for all users, from managers to employees; it's very intuitive! I like how you can see everything at once instead of having to click through several screens to get what you're looking for. Also, there are so many different ways to schedule work (and communicate with your coworkers), that I don't have to worry about what my co-workers will be doing during any given time period. There isn't anything specific that I dislike - this tool does exactly as advertised and meets our needs perfectly! We were able to easily assign tasks to colleagues who weren't in the office or couldn't attend meetings in person. This has allowed us to keep people working effectively even when they aren't physically located next to each other.
