. I love the look of this set and it's non-stick, but you have to be very careful not to use abrasive sponges, metal or anything that might compromise the integrity of the non-stick surface. If you overcook something, it will definitely stick. It's nowhere near as reliable as a Teflon nonstick coating, but it's also not carcinogenic so it's worth it! Also, the handles get so hot that they can't be used without rubber oven mitts, but you can't cook on the spot with oven mitts on because they get hot too. Only 2 potholders were included. So if you use multiple pots, be careful not to burn yourself and buy extra rubber pot holders. Overall I'm happy with this set, but I think they're overpriced given the shortcomings listed above.
