Review on 🍼 OJEPPA 2.5L Auto Humidity Baby Humidifier for Bedroom - Quiet, Colorful, and Easy to Clean by Ashley Brunner

I took a risk on a product that had almost no reviews. I've had it for a few days now and so far it mostly works and doesn't leak. My thoughts and observations: 1. The light is beautiful. I didn't know you can't set a specific color, it just goes through the colors over and over. But it is very beautiful, so there are no particular complaints.2. Hasn't leaked yet. Just in case, lay it in a high casserole dish.3. It's a bit noisy. This is the first moisturizer I've had in years, so my expectations for what's a "silent whisper" may be high. But the water keeps gurgling. It's not unbearably loud, but it's definitely present in the room, and the gurgling is erratic, making it harder to ignore. It beeps loudly when a button on the screen or remote control is pressed. Can't seem to find a way to turn it off.5. Even in night mode there is still an icon on the display and it's very bright and it bothers me when I'm trying to sleep.6. My biggest problem is with the humidistat and the AUTO function. I'm pretty sure the hygrostat has at least a 7-8% error. It reads low all the time. Right now the humidifier is set to 60% AUTO and reads 54% and my stand alone humidistat I just bought reads 66% off and 62% at 6 feet. I have this in a 150 square foot bedroom with the doors closed. The internal hygrostat also does not support sequential readings. When I wrote this review it went from 54% to 50% and now it's back to 51% and rising. It was never close to how AUTO was set. With a setting of 60%, the value does not exceed 56%. When set to 50%, a maximum of 48% is displayed. The amount of mist released doesn't seem to change at all until I press the mist button. So I haven't decided yet whether to keep it or return it. As I said at the beginning, it mostly works and doesn't leak, which seems to put it ahead of many humidifiers. And I like colored light. Then again, one of the reasons I bought this was the humidistat and the AUTO feature, which I wasn't very impressed with. So the jury is still out. I'll update if I decide to come back or if his work changes drastically. Edited 11/26/21: Tried a fairly potent oil in an essential oil box. It doesn't work at all, but it seems to be standard for humidifiers, so I wasn't expecting it to do anything special.
