Plague missing and bad customer service

Various types of plague were fine (except GRAD, which was just a block with flames on it) . -- although I thought the hail was "fiery," just rather obscure). But when I wrote to the company that one plague was missing and one was a duplicate, I didn't even get an apology. To be honest I was waiting for a replacement.
