I thought it was a mess to begin with. It was for my type of phone, but it was oriented differently and didn't suck up the screen (no suction at all) so I had to figure out how to lift the glass. I had to throw away my XR phone and invest a hundred dollars. I'd better pay the high price in store and at least get my money back over the phone. I really had no idea what I was doing and the problem it wasn't the same and the lack of suction left me in a stalemate that I made a very bad decision to make it the way I envisioned it would have. It was a mistake that could have been avoided by paying a little more money for a Mark I phone and buying a new unit instead of a used one. I recommend food recycling, but not this one. This time I am not satisfied with my Amazone. giggle
