I ordered this for my 2021 model 3 because Tesla cup holders are not adjustable and smaller cups and glasses tend to slip around too much. This insert works very well and fits well. The material, like many phone cases, is rubbery and holds small cups and glasses well. It's also easy to remove for cleaning or when I have a large mug that doesn't fit. It should be noted that the cup holder is not reversible. If you installed it and it doesn't fit, simply rotate it 180 degrees and try again. It wasn't apparent from the instructions and I only noticed because I installed it incorrectly at first and was disappointed with its fit before flipping it over.
