Broken in less than a year and certainly outside the Revain return period! Only one of the two outputs is sufficient to operate the sponge filter. The other is so weak that it hardly bubbles. I contacted the manufacturer and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced from Scott Bonomo. He didn't even read my original email and insisted that I buy a repair kit when I checked everything (opened the pump, took out each diaphragm and inspected it thoroughly and also replaced the diaphragms to make sure it was the diaphragm, it wasn't, I even swapped hoses in places) and it was NOT the membrane! The replacement set is ONLY for the membrane! I even asked an electrical engineer to take a look and they agreed I was right. Still no approval from Tetra. This will be the last time I use a Tetra product as they don't endorse their products!
