The easiest way to describe this Bluetooth receiver is "Breathtaking sound quality via Bluetooth". I'm a music lover and can't stand half the reasonable sound quality. I never thought I would find a device that could sound so amazing over Bluetooth until now. This receiver was easy to set up and pair. I used the supplied optical cable to connect to my high quality Sony receiver via digital PCM. Then I connected my iPhone X to the bluetooth receiver. I played one of my favorite Lossless songs (Pink Floyd - Welcome to the machine). The sound quality was amazing. The built-in DAC does a really good job of decoding the signal over Bluetooth. And all this with the iPhone. We iPhone users have neither aptX codec nor aptX HD (576 kbps) or even LDAC (990 kbps). We get stuck at AAC (320 kbps). The funny thing is, when I used LDAC on my daughter's Samsung phone, I didn't hear any significant difference. I was very lucky to find a bluetooth DAC receiver that could sound so amazing with bluetooth. I've had it for a week now and I still get amazed when I hear some of my favorite lossless songs. I also have a second amp for outdoor and garage audio. That's when I found out that I can connect the RCA output and use both outputs at the same time. Overall, I can't find anything wrong with this receiver. If asked to recommend a Bluetooth receiver, I would have no hesitation in recommending this device. The kit includes everything you need for installation. You won't be disappointed if you're an audiophile.
