I really liked this bag when I first got it. All features are great. The handles disappear when you want to use the shoulder strap and the strap stows neatly in the side pocket when you use the handles. The luggage strap function is also good and necessary. The inner material is also soft for a tablet or a small laptop. Unfortunately, after 3 months of using the zippers on the bag, the material started to peel off, making it difficult to zip up and open. Now it's almost impossible to get my laptop out of my bag without a fight because of the zippers getting stuck. I liked this bag for the first few months, but now I'm looking for something better with a zipper. I would have given 5 stars without it. I added photos. Please note that I only put my 13.5 inch laptop in this bag and it fits perfectly. There was no over padding or zipper stretching to cause this.
