Review on Logitech MK850 Wireless Keyboard πŸ’» and Mouse Combo for Enhanced Performance by Adam Kardasz ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Overall it's good but I expect more, there are some downsides.

Some pros: Very nice keyboard, ergonomic shape. Pleasant to the touch roughness of the buttons. Comfortable padded palm rest. Ability to switch keyboard and mouse between multiple devices (up to 3). Great mouse, the shape of the mouse is perfect for my hand. Before that, there was a Logitech M560, my hand hurt from long work. The mouse definitely deserves a purchase if you have large hands. Got cons: The keyboard (body) is made of rather flimsy plastic. When you take it in your hands it crunches. It is possible that my keyboard is defective, but the case has a curve on the reverse side. As a result, it does not touch the table with an average pad, the clearance is about 3 millimeters. If you put your hands on the clave, then it is pressed through until it touches the middle pad of the table and at the same time makes small sounds. The battery rattles, so if you type actively and energetically, then a rattle appears either from the battery cover, or from the battery itself. The buttons on the keyboard make different sounds when pressed. Enter, tab, arrows, etc. make different sounds than the letter and number keys. This is very annoying. Some of the buttons, especially the alphabetic and numeric ones on the main clave, make a cheap high-pitched sound, similar to a rattle. Typing and spacebar are quite soft and muted tones. Input on the main layout generally looks defective. Very soft and viscous pressing with a much slower return compared to other buttons. Pressing it is annoying. I took a keyboard from Logitech precisely because I used to have very good copies of this manufacturer, giving a very monolithic impression of a solid and well-made thing. Where pressing the button gave a pleasant tactile sensation. This rubbish feels like a keyboard for 400, where all the buttons are pressed anyhow, and no one thought about how they should be pressed and sound at the same time. Quite a disappointing experience. For Claudia I can give from 1 to 2 stars. The mouse is definitely 5 stars, so the average score is 3. If I hadn’t ordered online, but would have looked live in the store, I definitely wouldn’t take it. But because of the mouse, I'll leave it.
