A little difficult to clean inside but that's because of my fleshy hands and fingers, but it's still a worthwhile purchase. I'm tired of heating cups of tea, coffee, etc. in the microwave. I wanted a simple kettle like the ones my parents and grandparents used when I was a kid. I think growing up I learned to appreciate how things were done the old fashioned way and I just wanted a simple, easy to use kettle. Nothing is too complicated or too expensive to get the job done. It's very durable so far, surviving several weeks with no complaints, and its lightweight construction is a bonus when carrying or cleaning. I'll be updating in a few months but for now it's an overall good buy on my part.
