I'm 5ft 9" and weigh 165 pounds (give or take), plus size fits perfectly. I haven't swum in it yet (I don't want to breathe chlorine and it's not warm enough for open water swimming) but it was great on the bike and running! Update 9/6/19, I've biked and run a few times, done my first three (Olympic) and it's been perfect! I washed and dried after each use (10?) and it helped a lot!
