I like how user friendly it was for my staff when learning about using their software, as well they are very helpful in answering any questions we have during our training period which makes us feel comfortable with them right off the bat! Easy Vet does not give users access if certain features unless they receive approval from another person within an organization who has more privileges than most such individuals would need (e.g., IT manager). This can be time consuming but also costly since this will require additional support costs before getting started and ongoing fees after being live.
