My dog loves mixing this high protein food with other salmon foods. I ordered a bag for £23. The box arrives in perfect condition, even with a little padding to prevent the bag from sliding around making the box difficult to lift and carry. The bag is firmly taped and feels light for 20+ pounds; since I have ordered this size almost a dozen times. I squeeze the bag, AIR IS OUT OF IT, and it shrinks to about half the size of the bag. The person who packed this box SHOULD be told to put it in and that is acceptable to the boss. No regular Amazon box filler is going to risk their job by placing a lifted empty product in a box with its packing code. We've all seen the clips and the interviews, they're getting fired for absolutely nothing; and they know it. I will not use Amazon's services for future dog treats or edibles. I'm downright disappointed.
